Al Taza is a family-owned Lebanese restaurant chain established in 2019 that specializes in shawarma and other Lebanese and contemporary fusion dishes, with a strong focus on hygiene, freshness, and healthy preparations, including the use of a central kitchen for fresh ingredients and marinated meat. The restaurant chain is popular in Kerala and has expanded to multiple locations in other states like Bangalore.

We are hiring enthusiastic tele calling executives for our IVR calling system. He/She shall be responsible for

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Generate leads, set appointments, or close sales depending on company requirements. Maintain customer database and update records regularly. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert into sales opportunities. Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Provide accurate information and build lasting relationships with customers.
Timing

Night Shift 5 PM to 12.30PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
