We are looking for a

CUSTOMER RELATION EXECUTIVE

for our customer care team.

Trivandrum Native candidates

are preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer handling/front office/Receptionist/customer care.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer customer calls, emails, and messages with a positive attitude. Assist customers by providing detailed information about products/services. Resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism. Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed. Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure customer satisfaction by offering appropriate solutions. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved. Collaborate with other teams to improve customer service processes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
