We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Relationship Executive

to build and maintain strong client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive long-term loyalty. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact, ensuring a seamless and personalised customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely, professional manner Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and products Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively Maintain accurate client records and generate periodic reports

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proven experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in CRM software

Preferred Skills:



Empathy-driven communication Problem-solving and negotiation Data analysis for customer insights
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
