The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) manages and strengthens relationships with
existing customers only
. The role focuses on customer coordination, CRM-based operations, order management, and internal team coordination to ensure smooth delivery and billing--
no new customer acquisition involved
.
Key Responsibilities
Regular calls and follow-ups with existing customers and project sites
Understand requirements, confirm orders, and track dispatch status
Coordinate payment follow-ups with the finance team
Manage all activities through CRM (orders, follow-ups, complaints, reports)
Ensure customer orders are placed into the production queue on time
Coordinate daily with Production, Finance, Dispatch, Sales Support, and MIS teams
Prepare quotations and estimates for existing clients
Coordinate approvals, measurements, BOQs, and maintain quotation TAT
Requirements
Experience in operations or customer coordination preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per month
