Key responsibilities:
1. Call participants to encourage and support their enrollment in our programs.
2. Connect with parents to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs or personalized suggestions.
3. Maintain and update the CRM or lead sheet with accurate and timely information.
4. Follow up with interested leads to ensure smooth conversions and address their queries.

1. Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
2. 0-2 years of experience (freshers welcome).
3. Strong communication and listening skills.
