Role Summary:



We are looking for a CRM Executive who can handle customer communication, manage orders, vendor management and coordinate smoothly between internal teams. The role requires good communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries in a timely manner. Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for order updates. Share order status, delivery timelines, and product availability with customers. Maintain customer data, order records, and communication logs. Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with the concerned team. Prepare simple MIS reports, follow-ups, and daily updates. Support in after-sales communication and ensure smooth customer experience.

Skills & Requirements:



Good communication skills (verbal & written). Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP not mandatory, simple functions enough). Ability to work under routine pressure and handle multiple tasks. Pleasant attitude and customer-friendly approach. Experience working in a manufacturing or B2B environment (preferred).

Qualification:



Graduate in any stream.
