Job Summary:



We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic

Customer Relationship Executive

to handle customer interactions, order processing, and after-sales coordination for our kitchenware manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and good at maintaining relationships with clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Communicate with B2B and B2C customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email Process incoming orders and update internal systems (Excel/CRM) Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries Handle basic queries and provide product-related information Maintain order quality and address customer feedback/issues Upsell or introduce new products to existing customers Maintain daily records of communications and sales updates

Requirements:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets Basic understanding of e-commerce or B2B customer service Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple orders Friendly, responsible, and self-motivated Past experience in order management or customer support is a bonus
