Job Description

A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in the commercial vehicle sector drives brand loyalty and after-sales revenue by acting as the primary contact for fleet owners and individual buyers. They manage the customer journey from, and including, delivery to routine servicing, focusing on high satisfaction levels, complaint resolution, and service reminders.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Retention:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial vehicle owners to encourage repeat business.

Service Coordination:

Remind customers of periodic maintenance and facilitate service bookings at the dealership.

Complaint Management:

Capture customer feedback and coordinate with the service workshop to resolve issues, including tracking complaints in a CRM system.

Deliveries & Documentation:

Coordinate vehicle delivery, including documentation, insurance, and warranty paperwork.

Lead Management:

Handle enquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, online) and update CRM records.

Product Information:

Provide primary technical information on service requirements and vehicle maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Education:

Diploma or Graduate in any discipline.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills (English & local language).

Experience:

Previous experience in automobile dealership customer handling, service, or retail.

Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge, specifically MS Excel and CRM tools.

Attributes:

Customer-focused attitude, patience, and professional demeanor.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Service booking compliance. Retention rate of customers for paid services.
