We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Associate who is fluent in Tamil, English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
:
Communicate effectively with customers in Tamil, and English.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat support.
Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
Provide information about services and guide customers in their decision-making.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay updated with company policies and services.
Preferred Qualifications
:
Bachelors degree or Equivalent.
Minimum 0-5 years of experience in customer service in a related field.
Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
Basic knowledge in MS Excel.
If you have experience in a call center, customer support, or relationship management role would be a advantage .
