We are looking for a

Customer Relation Executive

to join our team at Medlounges. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and able to communicate clearly and professionally. Your role will involve interacting with customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with a positive and professional attitude. Handle customer queries through calls, messages, and in-person interactions. Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns promptly. Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience at all times. Support front office operations when required.

Requirements

Degree in any discipline. Age up to 28 years. Must be able to speak and understand English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle customers politely. Presentable and well-mannered.
