Peevees Public School is looking for a proactive

Customer Relation Executive (Admissions)

to handle

admission enquiries

, guide parents, and support the admissions process. The candidate must be fluent in

Hindi

and have excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities



Handle all

admission-related enquiries

via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Provide detailed information on school programs, fee structure, admission procedure, and campus facilities. Maintain enquiry logs and update admission data regularly. Follow up with prospective parents and support them through each step of the admission cycle. Coordinate with the Admissions Team to schedule campus visits, interviews, and orientation sessions. Assist parents with application forms, document submission, and admission timelines. Ensure timely communication and a smooth experience for all prospective families.

Skills Required



Fluency in Hindi

(mandatory) and good English communication. Strong persuasion and customer-handling ability. Good follow-up and record-keeping skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, spreadsheets). Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.

Experience



Experience in admissions/enquiry handling or customer relationship roles preferred.

Salary



Based on experience and school norms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
