The company holds a valid NBFC registration since 1989, to do the business of financing all over the India. The company belongs to "Loan Company" under the classification of Reserve Bank. Since at present all the directors and stakeholders are in Thrissur district of Kerala state, now the corporate office of the company has been set in Thrissur.

Role: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) -

A Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, service support, and cross-selling of NBFC products, while ensuring policy compliance and customer satisfaction.

1. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers through leads, referrals, and walk-ins Explain All loan and investment products clearly to customers Generate new business for loans, insurance, and investment products Meet monthly sales and sourcing targets
Product Knowledge & Promotion

Handle and promote the following products:

Gold Loan Personal Loan Business Loan Micro Loan Consumer / Product Loan Insurance (Life, Health, General) NCDs & Subordinated Debt Maintain and achieve daily collection follow-ups Remind customers of due dates Coordinate with collection teams for overdue accounts Assist in soft recovery activities Maintain daily activity reports Share lead status and conversion reports
Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate preferred. Prior experience in NBFC/BFSI sector is a plus.
