KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI):



Inquiry Handling: ₹ 95% calls/messages responded to within committed time

Lead Allocation: 100% leads passed to sales team promptly

Customer Follow-up: ₹ 90% follow-ups completed on time

Documentation Accuracy: ₹ 95% accuracy in enquiry & follow-up logs

Customer Satisfaction: ₹ 90% positive feedback from follow-up interactions

Attendance, Punctuality & Hygiene:

? 95% compliance with company standards on presence, timeliness, and professional appearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Greet customers at the showroom and assist with initial enquiries.

Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally.

Understand customer needs and share relevant product/service details.

Assign and coordinate leads with the Sales Team for conversion.

Follow up with customers on quotations, pending decisions, and service updates.

Maintain enquiry logs, follow-up status, and customer feedback records.

Collect and communicate customer feedback to management for improvements.

Ensure the reception/front desk area is well-maintained and welcoming.

Support basic administrative tasks related to customer service and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
