Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely order delivery.
Manage order processing, feedback collection, and service follow-up.
Handle bulk orders, institutional clients, and regular walk-in customers.
Maintain customer databases and assist in promotional activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
