Job Summary:



We're looking for a customer-focused professional to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You'll address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

2. Resolve customer complaints and issues

3. Provide product or service information

4. Identify and address customer needs

5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service experience (preferably 1-2 years). Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,904.84 - ₹27,116.48 per month

Work Location: In person
