We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Customer Relations Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving inquiries or complaints promptly, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role plays a key part in building trust and loyalty with our customers.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude

Pay : 12k to 15k
