The Customer Relation Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, building strong relationships, handling service requests, cross-selling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to NBFC policies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
Act as the first point of contact for customers at the branch/through calls.
Handle inquiries related to loans, repayments, products, and services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to increase retention.
Loan Support & Servicing
Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.
Provide guidance on loan terms, EMI schedules, and repayment procedures.
Coordinate with collection teams for overdue accounts while maintaining customer goodwill.
Sales & Cross-Selling
Promote NBFC products and services such as loans, deposits, and insurance (if applicable).
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable financial solutions.
Achieve assigned sales and service targets.
Grievance Handling
Address customer complaints promptly and escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities.
Ensure fair and professional resolution of customer concerns.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, loan files, and service requests.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management review.
Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure all customer dealings comply with company policies, RBI/NBFC regulations, and KYC/AML norms.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
Experience:
0-3 years in customer service, sales, or financial services (preferably in NBFC/Banking sector)
Other Requirements:
Local language proficiency, willingness to travel if required
