Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, referrals, or inbound inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to maximize conversions.
Handle objections professionally and provide the best possible solutions to customers.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience in tele sales / telecalling / inside sales
.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to handle customer objections confidently.
Fluency in English and Malayalam/Hindi (based on location preference).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
