Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom/service centre in a professional and friendly manner
Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer queries, service reminders, and follow-ups
Maintain effective coordination between sales, service, and insurance departments for smooth customer support
Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure quick resolution
Record all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for feedback and relationship building
Assist in organising customer engagement events and promotional activities
Educate customers about products, services, offers, and schemes
Prepare and maintain customer service reports and feedback summaries
Key Skills & Competencies:
Mandatory:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Customer Relations Executive / Customer Care in the
automobile sector (sales or service)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities
Professional attitude and appearance
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
