Job Summary

:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive who is fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

:

Communicate effectively with customers in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi and English.

Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat support.

Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.

Provide information about services and guide customers in their decision-making.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.

Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Stay updated with company policies and services.

Requirements

:

Fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi and English is mandatory.

Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Minimum 0-2 years of experience in customer service in a related field.

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.

Basic knowledge in MS Excel.

A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.

Prior experience in a call centre, customer support, or relationship management role.
