Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer data Track customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups Coordinate with sales and support teams for customer engagement Generate CRM reports related to leads, conversions, and customer retention Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints in a timely manner Support sales team with lead assignment, follow-up reminders Implement CRM strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies
