Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure smooth customer experience
Gather feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
Support in showroom administration and basic documentation work
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: +2 / Diploma / Graduate
Good communication skills (Malayalam and basic English)
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, data entry)
Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Preferred:
Experience in customer handling or showroom-based roles
Two-wheeler license (optional but an advantage)
