Role Description:
We are hiring a full-time, on-site CRM Executive in Kanpur. This role focuses on customer follow-ups, regular calling, and maintaining healthy client relationships. The ideal candidate should be proactive, communicative, and comfortable with field visits and travel when needed.
Follow up with leads and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person visits
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software
Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer support
Ensure timely resolution of queries and support requests
Assist in client retention and relationship-building activities
Travel locally for client meetings and site coordination as required
