Manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups for appointments.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department.
Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams (doctors, therapists, operations) to ensure smooth client experience.
Collect client feedback and share insights to improve service quality.
Ensure high standards of hospitality and service are maintained in the clinic/office.
Support in client engagement activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
