Job Description

The Customer Relations Associate is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, or in person. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Log and track customer complaints or requests and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, marketing, service teams) for quick issue resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure. Maintain records of interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Support client onboarding, documentation, and service coordination. Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and issues. Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements. Ensure company service standards and customer service KPIs are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability. Customer-focused mindset with patience and professionalism. Basic computer knowledge; experience with Odoo is an advantage. Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Preferred Experience

1-2

years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role. Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or service industry is an added advantage.
