Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Monitor mentors' daily activities and ensure they meet communication and connection targets. Track mentor performance, including connection status, student engagement, and complaint resolution. Maintain and manage the mentor community through consistent coordination and support. Ensure accurate and complete sharing of mentor-related data across systems. Assist in planning and organizing activities or initiatives for mentors. Support newly onboarded mentors during their initial weeks and help them adapt to processes. Identify recurring issues faced by mentors or students and propose practical solutions. Ensure all mentors follow communication guidelines and comply with call checklists.

Required Skills & Qualities



Strong coordination and communication abilities. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and basic CRM tools. Good problem-solving and follow-up skills. Empathy, patience, and professionalism when dealing with mentors and students. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Graduate in any discipline (freshers welcome).
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
