Key Responsibilities:



Make feedback calls to students on the

4th day after their admission(

after the 1st and 2nd mentorship sessions)

. Understand and document their overall experience, satisfaction level, and any support needed. Collect

NPS ratings

and track student sentiment trends. Identify concerns related to academics, mentorship, app usage, offline facilities, or other areas. Gather suggestions and improvement points from students. Maintain daily call logs and share feedback reports with the CRA team.

Required Skills:



Strong communication and listening skills. Professional, empathetic, and student-friendly approach. Ability to document feedback clearly. Tele-calling or customer-facing experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ?5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
