Identify concerns related to academics, mentorship, app usage, offline facilities, or other areas.
Gather suggestions and improvement points from students.
Maintain daily call logs and share feedback reports with the CRA team.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and listening skills.
Professional, empathetic, and student-friendly approach.
Ability to document feedback clearly.
Tele-calling or customer-facing experience is an added advantage.
