Job Description

As a Customer Project Manager at Nokia, you will lead the execution of Core/SDM/Cloud/BA/Enterprise Projects, ensuring they meet our high operational standards. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. Your role is integral to our Customer Delivery Management team, where collaboration with diverse stakeholders drives successful outcomes. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

oManages customer programe (collection of projects managed together for business benefits) or projectfor a defined product and / or service scope for a medium / large and / or complex customer contract with medium / high risk probability.



oAssures consistency among project financial, product and service forecast activities. Participates in pre-sales and sales process activities.




oDefines the customization of any global operational processes together with relevant point of contacts to meet project requirements (for example, network operations, supply chain, logistics, and acceptance).




oEnsures data in all project-related tools and repositories is kept up-to-date and with high quality.




oConducts thorough risk management for all project risks and opportunities.




oSeeks to define new opportunities to expand and renew contracts with the customer.




oCompletes the project closure and / or handover as required (for example, complete contractual requirements, post calculation, lessons learned). (The term customer project refers generally to all forms of Nokia customer contracts, projects with a definitive start and end, and programs as collections of projects managed together for business benefits which may contain an ongoing operations business)

You have:

10-15 years of project management experience, preferably in telecommunications or IT Strong knowledge of project planning and risk management methodologies Proficient in managing customer relationships and stakeholder communications Experience with financial forecasting and budget management

It would be nice if you also had:

PMP Certification Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field Familiarity with Agile and other project management frameworks Experience in upselling and cross-selling in existing customer accounts Skills to facilitate global communication
