Alstom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team.
Once in this position, you will oversee the development, integration, and deployment of our \xe2\x80\x9crailway IT\xe2\x80\x9d solution, a critical subsystem of a large-scale transportation project. This cloud-based (SaaS platform) interacts with other data & applicative systems.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, system integration, and testing, to ensure the successful delivery of the railway IT solution.
Location: this is a full-time position based on-site at Saint-Ouen, France.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Alstom\xe2\x80\x99s project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure that all milestones are met on time and within budget
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project deliverables are completed according to specifications
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and lead project unit & sponsors
• Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate for our customers
• Have a good understanding of SaaS, Agile, cloud technologies, and data exchange.
• Work effectively with international teams, cross-functional teams, and cross-cultural teams.
• Support the tender teams while elaborating their offer, ensure the proposed solution is feasible, meets the quality standard, cost objective and planning constraints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the transportation or IT industry

Your profile: If you are a self-starter with a strong track record of delivering complex projects and experience working with cloud technologies, and, applications, as well as the ability to work effectively with international teams and cross-functional teams; and If you have

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of railway IT solutions and experience working with SaaS, Agile, cloud technologies, and data interfaces is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of IT legal requirements (such as GDPR, data privacy, Software Intellectual property).
