Make outbound calls to customers for review and feedback collection.
Record and maintain customer responses accurately in the system.
Conduct regular spam and data quality checks.
Share relevant feedback and insights with the internal team.
Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.
Support other customer engagement or data validation tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Good verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets preferred).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Available for full-time internship (onsite/hybrid as per company policy).
