Responsibilities

Connecting with customers through calls to collect reviews and feedback. Reaching out to users to gather feedback on their experience with vendors and identify areas for improvement. Conducting verification calls to ensure data authenticity. Managing outreach records and updating call responses in internal trackers. Documenting and analyzing user insights to generate actionable recommendations for enhancing service quality. Coordinating with cross-functional teams for review moderation and escalations. Supporting the marketing team with daily tasks and contributing to active campaigns and initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Confidence in handling customer calls with professionalism and empathy. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (preferred).
