Key Responsibilities:



Manage and support

payment gateway integrations

, primarily

Razorpay

. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding. Diagnose and resolve integration-related issues promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate documentation and progress updates in internal systems. Coordinate closely with the

support and development teams

for escalations or advanced troubleshooting.

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience

in Onboarding or Integration roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and accountability. Solid understanding of

payment gateway integration workflows

.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

and

availability on weekends or holidays

, as per business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in

hospitality technology

, especially PMS or Channel Manager integrations. Knowledge of multiple payment gateways and API-based integrations.
