Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Onboarding & Support Executive

to join our Integration team. The ideal candidate will have

1-3 years of experience

in onboarding or integration, with hands-on exposure to

payment gateway setups (preferably Razorpay)

. This role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills to ensure seamless customer onboarding and exceptional post-integration support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support

payment gateway integrations

, primarily

Razorpay

. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely onboarding. Diagnose and resolve integration-related issues promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate documentation and progress updates in internal systems. Coordinate closely with the

support and development teams

for escalations or advanced troubleshooting.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience

in Onboarding or Integration roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and accountability. Solid understanding of

payment gateway integration workflows

.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

and

availability on weekends or holidays

, as per business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

hospitality technology

, especially PMS or Channel Manager integrations. Knowledge of multiple payment gateways and API-based integrations.
