About the Role



We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Executive who will ensure a seamless onboarding journey for our customers after the sales process is complete. You will help customer set up their accounts, integrate tools like Tally, and guide them in using Suvit's automation features effectively.Your goal: make customers feel confident, supported, and successful from day one.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the first point of contact for new customers after the sale is confirmed. Manage the entire onboarding process -- from account setup to successful implementation. Assist clients in integrating Suvit with Tally or other accounting software. Conduct training sessions and product demos to help users understand Suvit's automation tools. Collaborate with the Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. Monitor customer progress and follow up until onboarding completion. Record client feedback, identify common challenges, and suggest improvements in the onboarding experience. Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely communication at each onboarding stage. Transition clients smoothly to the Customer Success or Renewal team post-onboarding.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or customer success -- preferably in SaaS, accounting, or fintech domains. Understanding of Tally ERP / accounting workflows is a plus. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving attitude with customer empathy. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) will be an advantage. Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver within deadlines.
