We are looking for a fresher to manage customer data, update inventory records, and communicate with customers regarding orders and queries.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer and inventory data in the system.
Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Assist with dispatch lists, stock updates, and basic reporting using Excel/Sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English + local language preferred).
Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Organized, responsible, and customer-focused.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science / IT / BCA / MCA or related field
