Act as the main point of contact between the company and customers including HAL, defense organizations, and commercial aircraft partners.
Facilitate communication between engineering, production, quality assurance, and customer teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate technical reviews, progress meetings, and customer audits to maintain alignment with contractual requirements.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring any changes are communicated promptly and effectively.
Document and track all customer interactions, feedback, and technical correspondence in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Support customer acceptance testing (CAT), factory acceptance tests (FAT), and on-site inspections as needed.
Prepare and deliver status reports, presentations, and briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the resolution of issues or disputes, escalating matters when necessary to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
Promote long-term relationships by identifying opportunities to enhance customer support, collaboration, and future business.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Fresher Candidates
Strong understanding of aircraft manufacturing and maintenance processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to travel to customer and vendor sites as required.
