Key Responsibilities
Handle client interactions via phone and email.
Understand customer requirements and provide product/service information
Coordinate with internal technical and project teams
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and documentation
Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules
Ensure excellent service standards and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of construction or engineering processes
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Female candidates preferred
