Any 9-hour shift between 8 AM-9 PM IST

Schedule:

6 days a week (Monday to Sunday, with 1 rotational weekly off)

About the Role


We are looking for Customer Care Agents who enjoy communicating with people, have a calm and patient approach, and feel confident handling customer questions. In this role, you will support customers across various digital platforms and ensure they receive timely, accurate, and helpful assistance.

Responsibilities



Respond to customer messages across platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels. Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide order updates, answer basic customer questions, and handle follow-ups. Respond to customer comments and chat messages in a timely and professional manner. Keep customer information and interaction details updated accurately in the CRM system. Work closely with internal teams and delivery partners to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively. Manage a high number of customer interactions each day while staying accurate, calm, and professional.

Requirements



Preference will be given to female candidates with at least

three months of experience

in a customer support or related role. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both

English and Hindi

. Demonstrate calmness during challenging interactions and respond to customers with empathy and professionalism. Have basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new tools and systems. Candidates should have their

own laptop

and a dependable

broadband internet

connection. Must be willing to work

rotational shifts

, including weekends and holidays, as required.
