The Customer Success function is a cornerstone of NIQ Brandbank, playing a crucial role in customer onboarding, adoption, retention, development, and satisfaction for both Brandbank and Etilize solutions.
The Customer Integration function is a vital, client-facing component of NIQ Brandbank. It is responsible for managing the suite of solutions across both Brandbank and Etilize, including associated service levels. This function ensures the efficient ingestion and distribution of all relevant digital product content to meet the needs of our internal teams, stakeholders, customers, industry, and NIQ.
We are looking for a talented and motivated software tester to join our Customer Integration Development team. The team is responsible for developing and supporting our Client Integration Hub, developing and supporting our Flexible Integrations and the Bridge which is bespoke software we have to perform certain ETL tasks.
Analyses testing requirements and creates relevant and applicable test strategies, plans and scripts.
Carries out testing for new and improved functionality for internal and external facing Company software and applications.
Responsibilities
Analyses requirements for testing and creates test strategies for new projects as well as existing projects where changes are required.
Creates and documents test plans, scenarios and scripts for validation by Developers and Analysts.
Creates automation scripts for use in Regression testing.
Executes testing scripts in all IT environments, tracking and reporting progress in line with the Defect Management Cycle
Identifies new and existing defects / bugs and measures these in line with agreed metrics.
Reports on and passes back findings and results to relevant Analysts and Developers for remedial work
Support peers and team members and is active participant in Scrum team activities.
Qualifications
Must have- Proven experience as a Test Analyst
Proven knowledge of different phases of testing in all IT environments
Have experience of Agile project delivery methodology
Have an up-to-date knowledge of test tools such as JIRA for defect classification, management and reporting
Be prepared to be flexible and take ownership of defects through to resolution
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Show initiative and take a pro-active approach to identifying risks and issues
Commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to create test scenarios and enhance testing capabilities
Good to have ISEB/ISTQB qualification or equivalent
Experience of other roles in the Software Delivery Life Cycle
Willingness to travel internationally if required
Proven ability to test API functions

International travel maybe be required in order to fulfil international deployment.
