Job Summary:



We are looking for a highly motivated

Customer Happiness Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a delightful customer experience by resolving queries and providing information about our insurance products and services. This role requires empathy, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

inbound and outbound

calls related to

insurance products, services, and claims

. Provide

accurate information

about policies, premiums, coverage, and benefits. Assist customers with

policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations

. Maintain a

positive tone

while handling queries and complaints.

Escalate complex cases

to appropriate departments as needed. Record all interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions in the

CRM system

. Promote new insurance products and educate customers based on their needs. Consistently meet or exceed

performance metrics

like resolution time and call handling. Follow all

compliance protocols, company policies, and industry regulations

.

Required Skills:



Excellent verbal communication skills in

Hindi & English

. Strong

problem-solving

and

analytical

abilities.

Empathy

and the ability to handle difficult conversations with calmness. Proficient in using

computers, CRM tools

, and basic software. Ability to

multitask

and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:



Minimum:

High School Diploma

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree

Prior experience in

customer service

, especially in

insurance or finance

, is an added advantage. Knowledge of

insurance policies, terms, and regulatory norms

is desirable.
