About the Role:

We are looking for a

Customer Happiness Associate

who is energetic, confident, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to handle customer queries with patience and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a positive and professional attitude. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely and efficiently. Provide accurate information about services, offers, and activities. Maintain customer records and ensure smooth service flow. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, billing, technical) to resolve issues. Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction and service quality. Ensure the service area remains organized, clean, and customer-friendly. Support daily operational tasks when required. Build rapport with customers to enhance the overall experience.

Requirements:

Only female candidates

may apply. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Basic computer knowledge (preferred). Customer-service mindset with patience and empathy. Flexible to work on weekends and rotational shifts.
