We are seeking a

dedicated Customer Greeter

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will act as the first point of contact for our customers and help maintain long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate records of interactions . Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (English and Gujrati). Prior experience in customer support is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
