Roles and Responsibility

Greet visitors and customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls and emails. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of visitor information and interactions. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail are necessary. Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications is required. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion is a must. Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and priorities are key.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
