They manage feedback channels such as surveys, calls, emails, social media, and review platforms, track customer satisfaction metrics, and prepare regular reports with insights and trends for management and cross?functional teams. They also coordinate with product, operations, marketing, and customer service to drive improvements based on feedback and help design or refine feedback forms, surveys, and processes so that data is accurate and actionable.
