Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Real Estate Tele-calling / Customer Handling
Key Responsibilities:
o Call customers post-visit or post-sale to collect feedback about their experience.
o Maintain positive and professional communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
o Accurately note down all client responses and prepare summary reports.
o Handle queries, resolve minor issues, or escalate as required.
o Coordinate with CRM and Sales team for resolving client concerns.
o Maintain follow-up call records and ensure timely communication.
o Prepare daily/weekly feedback reports and share with management.
Required Skills:
o Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
o Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (spoken English is a must).
o Prior experience in real estate industry is highly preferred.
o Good telephone etiquette and polite behavior.
o Ability to handle feedback with patience and professionalism.
o Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
o CRM software usage knowledge (preferred).
Eligibility Criteria:
o Female candidate preferred.
o Graduate in any stream.
o 1-2 years of telecalling/customer support experience in real estate or service industry.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
