We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Experience Specialist
to join our team. This role involves managing inbound sales and service requests, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
B2B or institutional sales
, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide product information, pricing, and order support.
Handle order tracking, returns, billing, and complaints efficiently.
Create quotes and process sales orders based on customer needs.
Suggest additional products and solutions to increase sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned corporate accounts.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in customer service and/or B2B sales.
Strong relationship management and client servicing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a
target-driven
or
performance-based
environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (preferred).
Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
