Role Summary:



You will handle customer interactions both

in-store

and

online

, guide customers to the right products, convert enquiries into sales, and maintain daily reports. The role is relationship-driven, not pushy sales.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Welcome customers and assist them in product selection
2. Handle Instagram/WhatsApp/website enquiries
3. Convert leads into sales
4. Maintain daily sales reports and walk-in data
5. Ensure smooth order-to-dispatch coordination
6. Maintain store ambience, displays, and hospitality standards
7. Participate in exhibitions when needed

Required Skills & Qualities:



1. Excellent communication (English + Tamil mandatory)
2. Bonus: Hindi/Telugu/Kannada
3. Charming, friendly personality
4. Hospitality mindset, not pushy sales
5. Basic comfort with Instagram, WhatsApp, and reports
6. Strong ownership & reliability
7. Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in retail or customer-facing role
