Job Description

This is a high-trust role designed for experienced communications professionals who can engage with upscale Indians, understand their background, and convert them into event participants. The role also requires ownership of coordinating the development of a premium singles-meet mobile app with external tech partners.

The position demands emotional intelligence, communication skills, conversion capabilities, and strong process discipline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Conversion

Speak with potential clients (ages 38-72) with calmness, empathy, and authority.

Conduct structured discovery calls to understand relationship history, expectations, and readiness for the event.

Validate details and build trust through professional communication.

Convert qualified leads into sign-ups for offline and online singles meets.

Maintain high-quality follow-up cycles to close conversations effectively.

2. App Development Oversight

(They are not writing code; they are owning execution.)

Work with external tech vendors to build the singles-meet app.

Create and manage requirement documents: user flows, verification flows, profile review processes, backend workflows.

Coordinate timelines, track sprints, and review deliverables.

Ensure features like document verification, video onboarding, premium matching, etc., are built to specification.
