In this role, you will represent a luxury retail experience across digital platforms, helping customers through their buying journey with personalized attention, care, and expert product knowledge. You will play a vital part in building lasting relationships and driving sales through exceptional service.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via chat, WhatsApp, and audio/video calls, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance.
• Stay updated on product features, brand policies, and services to guide customers confidently.
• Support customers throughout the pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase stages to ensure a seamless experience.
• Build trust and rapport by understanding individual customer needs, preferences, and styles.
• Proactively follow up on inquiries to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of service and communication across all customer touchpoints to ensure customer delight.

What Were Looking For:

• 12 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably within a luxury retail or high-end e-commerce environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to represent a premium brand voice.
• A genuine passion for people and customer-centric service.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Comfort with flexible working hours/days, as needed.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
