Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, ensuring a premium experience.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Maintain customer relationships and follow up on inquiries, test drives, and post-sales support.
Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Coordinate with sales, service, and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
Maintain customer data, documentation, and feedback reports.
Assist in organizing customer engagement activities, events, and feedback campaigns.
Ensure compliance with showroom standards, brand guidelines, and customer service protocols.
Requirements
Education:
Graduation is mandatory.
Experience:
Prior experience in automobile sales or customer service preferred.
Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of automobile products, features, and showroom operations.
